Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identifies training needs and, and consultation with all departements, establishes immediate and/or long-range training priorities
Plans, develops, organizes, and implements a comprehensive development and training plan including functional skills and technical knowledge training.
Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s Degree Communication, Management, Psychology or equivalent
Male/Female max. 30
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have knowledge about Human Resources Management, Talent & Performance Management, Learning & Development
Have knowledge of making and conduction training
Have interpersonal skill, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, & Decision Making
Good integrity, Good Personality & Communicative, Quick Responsive, Creative, Firm & Consistent in decisions & actions
