Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create and develop Job Roles and Job Descriptions, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles for every positions are clearly described
Handle candidates, employee database, and relations
Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using Job Portal or Email
Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
Complete phone interviews and documents candidates responses,
effectively screening in our out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles

Syarat Pekerjaan

At least Bachelor’s Degree Psychology/Management (S1) and 2 years of working experience in relate field
Experience with job portal (Jobstreet, Linkedin, or talent sourcing platform)
Understanding end-to-end recruitment cycle
Have knowledge about Human Capital Management
Fast Learning, proactive, able to work as a team and good communication skill
Good integrity, Good Personality & Communicatives
