• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and SEO
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
• Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and sales team to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the customer journey and support lead generation and sales goals
• Monitor and manage the online reputation of the company, engaging with customers and responding to feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Continuously research and test new digital marketing tactics, platforms, and tools to optimize marketing performance and drive growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, SEM, and content creation
• Proven success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in generating reports and insights from marketing data
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
