At least 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or related field

Proven track record managing KOLS, Influencer, or talents

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategic

Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., TRAACKR, ASPIREIQ)

Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Familiar with contract negotiation and legal aspects of talent management

Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or related fields will be an advantage

Proficiency in english, both verbal and written is a plus
