Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Collaborate with management to design company regulations and organizational structure
  • Plan manpower requirements, manage the Talent Pool (Hiring, Onboarding, Handover) and salary structure
  • Develop and implement HR practices that align with company values and goals
  • Shape a positive work environment and contribute to achieving company targets through HR programs
  • Monitor performance through a KPI dashboard
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote company culture and drive business success
  • Develop and implement strategies to create a culture of engagement where employees feel valued, motivated, and connected to the company’s mission
  • Create and maintain clear, consistent SOPs to ensure efficient and standardized work processes across the organization
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits, handle terminations, turnover processes, and Employer Branding

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Background in Psychology, HR Management, Law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Startup or Digital Marketing, especially in the Fashion Industry
  • Strong understanding of management team dynamics, HR tools, and advanced MS Excel/Spreadsheet skills
  • Experienced in creating and implementing SOPs, employee engagement programs, and HR policies
  • Familiar with UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development
  • Excellent communication, analytical, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills; highly flexible and cheerful
