Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle all cycle recruitment process untill paperwork administration
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, employee termination process and employee development program
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and bpjs administration
- Employee administration & disciplinary
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Setting, build jobs KPI together with related department
- Responsible to employee needs, environment health, office cleanliness, safety and GA administration
- Maintenance and checking building periodically
- Support corporate operation (handling reimbursement, business travel, transportation, etc)
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or related, any HR credentials preferred
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills required in order to communicate and present across all levels within the organization
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar roles, preferably in the creative SME minimum 2 years
- Know how to communicate with millenials and gen Z
- Passionate in people development and hiring strategy
- Taking initiatives as necessary and work under minimal supervision
