Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Research fashion trends and consumer preferences
Design sketches and create mood boards for new products
Select fabrics, trims, and determine colors, patterns, and textures
Creating cost sheets and product lists
Plan and manage the production flow of new products
Develop new products aligned with market needs
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and finalize design themes
Perform technical tasks such as pattern making, cutting, and sewing
Work effectively under deadlines and pressure
Apply knowledge of fabrics and materials in design decisions

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fashion Designer
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching
Strong understanding of fabrics, tech packs, color, pattern, and size specifications
Deep knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
Creative ability with strong attention to detail
Quick learner, adaptable, and efficient
Ability to create eye-catching designs with a good eye for fashion
