- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as club gym manager.
- Good communication skills.
- Agile and have a Growth Mindset.
- Can lead the team well.
- Accustomed to working under pressure.
- Have an interest in the world of the gym.
- Have a creative & innovative spirit.
