• Site survey and doing analysis location for new & existing In West Java
• Achieve the number of target stores expansion based on business target
• Monitoring and evaluating potential locations for opening new stores based on planning and strategy development including competitor data analysis
• Managing project matters of all stores till opening, align with timeline project and coordinate with related department In order to get smooth opening store
• Check administration for all new stores and existing stores such as reply to offer letter, complaint letter, LOO, LOI / LOA, Invoice, renewal agreement, etc
• Maintain relationship with any leasing mall, agent and owner

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably finding retail location
• A deep understanding of project management
• Capable of handling numerous project in a fast paced
• Negotiation skills
• Able to work well within a team or independently
• Willing place in Bandung
