Job Profile Summary
- The position of In-Store Retail is open for one person and located in Braga, Bandung. You have to come everyday as this works requires flexibility for you to stay in the building throughout the day.
Responsibilities ![]()
- Compiling & arranging the layout of the display of consignment goods in order to attract consumers to make product purchases
- Registers sales on a POS (Point Of Sales) Devices by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases
- Processes return transactions
- Managing products’ availabiility with sales and inventory / stocks
- Maintaining relationship with brands / suppliers and customers
- Create PO / Stock Order for products with minimum stock in store
- Creating unique campaign & activations in order to attract more audiences to make product purchases.
- Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
- Handle customer complains
- Can do Daily Closing Report for Finance & Accounting Dept

- Issues, problems & solutions
- Due payment reminder & update
- Numbers of restockings / inventory logs
- Daily, weekly, monthly sales trend
- Monthly report & update for Gelora’s In-Store Shopping (Consignment Area)
- Basic accounting report for sales & disbursement
Syarat Pekerjaan
Requirements ![]()
- Bandung based only
- For fresh grads / last semester of University
- Preferred age 22-27 years old
- Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours
- Startup Mindset is a Plus point

- Able to speak english (beginner level)

Other information
- Ready to be placed at our Co-Space / Creative Space located at Braga Street, Bandung, West Java.
- Work 6 days a week. Due to the nature of our industry, public holiday and sunday is a work day. Off day to be scheduled ahead (shift based).
